As an advisor to the Ancora Group and head of the Ancora Foundation, Yasmin champions initiatives that provide scholarships, enhance teacher capacity, and support community learning. With over two decades of leadership experience on corporate and nonprofit boards, she has honed her expertise in finance, risk management, technology, entrepreneurship, and education.

Her notable roles include serving as an Independent Commissioner and Chair of the Board Risk and Compliance Committee at XL Axiata, a leading telecommunications company in Indonesia. Yasmin’s unwavering dedication to women’s empowerment is evident through her involvement with various international organisations, corporations, nonprofits, and national agencies committed to advancing gender equity.

Yasmin is currently a visiting scholar at Stanford University. She holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation and a Master of Science in Management and Systems from New York University. She also earned a Master of Science in Finance from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from The American University of Paris.
