Van Pham

Ms. Van Pham shares Sweef Capital’s commitment to strengthening leadership and organisational capability as a critical driver of sustainable growth across emerging and expanding markets in Southeast Asia. 

Over the past decade, Van has worked alongside senior executives and leadership teams across multinational corporations and growth-stage enterprises to build the strategic, organisational, and leadership capabilities required to navigate business expansion, market entry, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. Her work focuses on enabling leaders to deliver results through people, strengthening stakeholder management, building high-performing teams, and developing leadership frameworks that support long-term organisational success. 

Drawing on her experience as Vice President of Human Resources at BP Exploration and Production Asia-Pacific and as Global Director, People & Culture at the World Mosquito Program, Van has led large-scale organisational transformations and supported global operations through periods of transition, independence, and rapid geographic expansion. 

Van is particularly interested in supporting organisations operating across complex, multicultural environments, and in strengthening leadership pipelines that can drive sustainable impact across sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, and education. She is delighted to join forces with Sweef Capital in advancing this work across the region.
