Haike Manning is deeply aligned with Sweef Capital’s ambitious mission for business and social impact, recognising the vital role that sustainable economic growth and inclusive development play in shaping Southeast Asia’s future. His focus is on helping businesses and communities thrive through strategic counsel on government relations and public affairs across the region.  

With 25 years of international experience, Haike has worked at the intersection of diplomacy, business, and government, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia. His career spans key roles, including New Zealand’s Ambassador.  

Haike’s Entreprenurial spirit led him to found a consulting business in Vietnam, advising businesses and organisations on market entry, trade and investment strategies. His most recent role was a Regional Executive Director for a prominent international education consulting firm, where he led the company’s expansion across Southeast Asia. A seasoned leader, Haike is committed to driving meaningful change in the region, using his expertise to support sustainable growth, foster long-term partnerships, and create lasting impact. 

Haike holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honors) and a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University of Wellington
