Sylvie has more than 3 decades of governance and leadership experience for both the private-equity owned companies and not-for-profit organisations. Her professional experience spans over many sectors from Tech to Business Services, Construction, Finance and the Creative Industries. She has been leading, advising and coaching C-level executives and leadership teams through turnarounds, start-ups and scale ups, business integrations, carve-outs and transformation projects in France and in the UK, across Europe, the USA, Australia and China.

Her current portfolio of advisory roles includes being a Senior Advisor to the multicultural Operating Partners team of Falco Global Partners as well as serving on the INSEAD International Director Network Club. She is deeply involved in fostering Gender Balance in France and internationally within the private equity ecosystems and their key stakeholders to drive superior performance and impact and develop talents. She is married and the mother of three boys.
