Ms. Junko Yoda shares the Sweef team’s commitment to invest in the potential of women in Asia through her family office which has a gender portfolio in fund management, tech and education sectors and has shown that these firms can scale successfully. 

Junko has 35 years leadership experience in investments at global investment banks and fund management with institutional networks in Asia and Japan including as the first female vice president in Asia for Goldman Sachs where she became the regional treasurer. She relocated to Singapore to become the Deutsche Bank’s Asia Pacific Treasurer and regional executive committee member responsible for treasury department’s investments, capital and debt finance for 14 countries in the region. She is currently an advisory board member of Synergy Fund Management, a multi-manager investment firm.   

In non-profit area she is the co-founder of Clinked that trains civic leaders that organizes communities to build power for women and girls in Asia and serves as advisory board member for Women of World Endowment. She has a MBA from Columbia University and participated in Harvard University’s Advance Leadership Initiative where she was a fellow during 2010-2012.
