A former journalist specialising in geopolitics, Josie is drawn to working with visionary individuals and groups who challenge the status quo and have the imagination to create new approaches to help businesses and society thrive. She knows this terrain well and is delighted to join Sweef on its transformative journey.

Josie has held senior roles in organisations ranging from family-owned companies to global multinationals, her experience spanning all sectors. She is an experienced leadership coach, creative mentor and strategic advisor on complex business and community projects ranging from economic renewal to affordable housing. Past clients and collaborators include global brands like SWIFT, EY, and Microsoft and leading Australian companies such as OZ Minerals (now part of BHP), Lendlease, DULUX Group, ANZ, Telstra and Culture Amp. She has also worked with all tiers of government, including the Australian Government’s pioneering social innovation unit in 2013-14.

Josie has co-founded several businesses, including thriving networks for senior executives and a changemaker community, The Catalyst Network, and worked on significant transport infrastructure projects.
