Singapore-based impact investment firm Sweef Capital has announced the expansion of its Sweef Capital Advisory Network (SCAN), reinforcing the firm’s regional depth and sector expertise as it continues to grow its investment platform across Southeast Asia.
The firm welcomes Van Pham as Vietnam Country Advisor and Agus Nurudin as Consumer Specialist. Their appointments reflect Sweef Capital’s commitment to pairing capital with deep local insight and sector experience in the markets where it invests.
Honouring Foundational Support in Vietnam
Sweef Capital extends its sincere appreciation to Trang Dinh, who has served as Vietnam Country Advisor since 2021 during the formative years of the firm’s advisory network.
Over the past several years, Trang has generously supported Sweef’s early engagement in Vietnam, sharing her regional insight and network to help the firm build strong local relationships. Her guidance played an important role in establishing Sweef’s presence in one of its core investment markets, and the firm is deeply grateful for her contribution and partnership.
Strengthening Leadership and Commercial Capability
Van Pham brings more than two decades of leadership experience across commercial, education, and public health sectors in Asia Pacific. She has held senior roles including Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at BP Exploration and Production, where she led the people function of a US$3 billion business and supported major organisational transformations. She later served as Global Director, People and Culture at the World Mosquito Program, guiding its transition to an independent global entity and expansion across 14 countries.
Through SCAN, Van will support Sweef Capital and its portfolio companies in strengthening leadership capability, organisational effectiveness, and long-term institutional resilience in Vietnam and across the region.
Agus Nurudin brings more than three decades of experience across consumer goods, telecommunications, and market intelligence. He currently serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. Previously, he has held senior executive roles including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of The Nielsen Company Indonesia.
His earlier experience spans Indosat, Red Bull, The Arnott’s Group, and Nestlé, where he developed deep expertise in FMCG strategy, channel management, and commercial growth. As Consumer Specialist, he will support Sweef Capital in strengthening consumer insight, market strategy, and commercial scalability across its portfolio.
