Singapore-based impact investment firm Sweef Capital strengthens its capabilities with the appointment of two new team members, advancing its mission to drive gender-lens investing and sustainable growth across Asia Pacific.

Sweef Capital, a Singapore-based impact investment firm focused on women’s economic empowerment and driving inclusive, sustainable growth in Asia Pacific, is pleased to announce the appointment of two talented professionals, Idelle Yee and Wildan Alvin Salis, to its growing team. 

Idelle Yee joins Sweef Capital as Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Analyst. Leveraging a diverse range of experiences from the nonprofit, arts and mental health sectors, Idelle will play a critical role in deepening relationships with Sweef’s partners and amplifying the firm’s thought leadership, in collaboration with the Head of Impact Measurement and Management. Her capacity for empathy with the needs of different stakeholders and her expertise in impact-driven storytelling will support Sweef’s mission to advance gender lens investing and foster greater impact across the region. 

Wildan Alvin Salis, previously an intern with our KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program (KSEP) team in Indonesia, comes on board full-time with KSEP as Analyst, Program Investments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Indonesia, as well as his experience in private equity and impact investing, Wildan will bring his meticulous, analytical edge to the KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program (KSEP) team. Wildan will be working closely with Sweef Capital’s AVP, Program Investments, Stefani Lukito, to accelerate and cultivate the next generation of women leaders in Indonesia’s green economy, ensuring their businesses drive sustainable growth while contributing to economic resilience. 

These strategic hires reflect Sweef Capital’s commitment to expanding its impact capabilities and supporting innovative, gender-lens investments that deliver measurable results.
