The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE)

The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) is a global network of organizations that propel entrepreneurship in developing economies. The ANDE Gender Equality Initiative (AGEI) is a global collective impact initiative which addresses the barriers faced by women entrepreneurs in emerging markets in accessing the resources, networks and knowledge they need to thrive.

Both Ms Buckley and Ms Reyes have been involved in the AGEI Action Lab as part of the Advisory Committee, guiding participants in the ideation and developing solutions to overcome these challenges in society and to build a future where women could create prosperous businesses.
