We are informing the global agenda on gender equality with leading frameworks, tools and benchmarking. Our investment team had a leadership role in developing the Sweef Capital Gender ROI™, designed to identify gaps and issues and improve gender equality and economic performance at enterprise level.

We focus on creating measurable improvements in resilience, opportunity and inclusion for people and communities, particularly women. We apply diversity measures and benchmarking through the investment lifecycle to identify enterprises that are committed to women’s economic empowerment and gender equality and track their progress and improvements post-investment.

Gender ROI™ Steering Committee

The Sweef Capital Gender ROI™ has been informed by lessons from the field, the experience of our partners and through generous contributions from practitioners and academics.
