As an Australian based Director of  Sweef, I play a central role in expanding the firm’s Asia-Pacific footprint by building strategic relationships between Southeast Asian and Australian investors, founders and operating companies. My focus and expertise is on healthcare and health adjacent markets, where disciplined execution, capital alignment and cross border collaboration scale.

What attracted me to Sweef is the firm’s disciplined approach to building commercially strong businesses, combined with a well-established gender lens and climate informed investment framework. This work matters and the firm has been recognised as a global leader in these markets.

My role works closely with portfolio companies and partners to support the development, commercialisation and scaling of healthcare ventures, drawing on deep experience across capital strategy, governance, go-to-market execution and global market entry to build credible pathways to revenue and growth across the region, and globally.

Drawing on my international network and experience commercialising complex technologies and working across global teams, I help identify high quality commercial opportunities and forge strategic partnerships with founders, operators, capital, distribution and operating ecosystems.

I work closely with the Sweef investment team to extend the firm’s gender-lens and climate-informed investment approach into the to the Asia-Pacific region, strengthening market presence and laying the groundwork for inclusive long-term, accessible healthcare solutions and commercially sustainable growth.

Alongside my role at Sweef, I am the founder of InnerMaven – a healthcare commercialisation firm established in 2009. I bring a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur and CEO having held leadership roles across global technology commercialisation, venture capital, R&D tax advisory, and corporate strategy. I have secured capital and negotiated partnerships with multinational funders, and global medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies.

My work is focused on driving ventures from innovation to execution, building credible commercial strategies, scalable operating models and investible growth pathways.

I hold a PhD in Medicine from Monash University, alongside postgraduate qualifications in management, finance, entrepreneurship and commercialisation, and a lifetime in business.  I am passionate about advancing critical health global solutions to market, and thrilled to be working with Sweef in this capacity.
