Sweef Capital announces three new members for its advisory network

Singapore-based impact investment firm Sweef Capital has expanded its international advisory network with three new members joining from different parts of the globe.

The Sweef Capital Advisory Network (SCAN) brings together leading practitioners in funds management, private equity, sustainability, impact, and diversity. The three SCAN members fill specialist expertise and country advisory gaps in Sweef’s strategic footprint.

International development specialist Nicole Pitter Patterson joins SCAN as a Caribbean country advisor, bringing more than 20 years’ private and public sector experience. Ms Pitter Patterson has extensive skills in small to medium-sized enterprise growth, community-based entrepreneurship and enterprise development. She is a board diversity and leadership strategist, an advisor on women’s entrepreneurship and co-Founder of the Caribbean Girls Hack, aimed at bridging the gender digital divide.

Joining SCAN as Indonesia country advisor is Julianto Sidarto, an accomplished management consultant and technology and operations expert. His client experience includes private and state-owned Indonesian enterprises, global multinationals and other Asian companies. Mr Sidarto served as Indonesia Country Managing Director for Accenture and brings 26 years of experience in senior leadership roles in Indonesia, the US, Germany, Singapore and Malaysia.

Joining SCAN from Australia is Josie Gibson, a strategic marketing and community development specialist. Ms Gibson is Director of strategic advisory firm CatalystFX and The Catalyst Network, a changemaker community she co-founded in 2014. She is a former journalist specialising in geopolitics and an experienced leadership coach, creative mentor and strategic advisor on complex business and community transformation projects.
