Monitoring & Performance

Our impact measurement systems and data are designed to capture and track performance. This includes core impact metrics and customised impact metrics agreed with our enterprise partners. We work actively with enterprise partners to track the originally projected impact for the investment and to achieve their impact objectives, including by shaping policies and actions, monitoring performance and regularly measuring progress and reviewing goals. This includes actively engaging with enterprise partners to:

• Improve diversity across enterprise dimensions of leadership, workforce, value chains, and society utilising the Gender ROI™.
• Measuring and managing impact performance against agreed goals, including ESG considerations.
• Monitoring for unintended consequences and mitigating potential negative environmental and social effects of ongoing operations.
