Impact Governance

We highly value compliance with local and international laws and strong ethics as fundamental. We engage responsible business practices and diversity measures to our own management and performance as well as to funds and investments under our management.

We are committed to open and transparent approach to impact and its contribution, including providing information about the fund and Sweef Capital as fund manager and about our approach to impact measurement and management. We are committed to clear and transparent engagement with our investors, investee enterprises and other stakeholders.

As part of our commitment to ensure that the companies in which we invest apply due consideration to ESG risks and concerns, the firm has a formal grievance mechanism. View our full grievance policy.

If you are adversely affected or have complaints or concerns relating to our operations and investments, you may lodge a confidential grievance. All complaints made in good faith will be investigated promptly and impartially, with every reasonable effort to maintain confidentiality consistent with the needs of the investigation.

Some investors in funds managed by Sweef Capital also have policies for people affected by their operations and investments, including amongst others Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Any stakeholder (including employees, suppliers, investors, and customers) of the fund’s investee companies may raise concerns or report instances of misconduct through the Project-affected People’s Mechanism (PPM). You can access information about these policies here.
