March 16, 2026 (For Immediate Release)

Singapore — March 16, 2026
Sweef Capital today announced the promotion of Ilman Dzikri to Vice President and his appointment as Head of Healthcare Investments, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to expanding its healthcare investment platform across Southeast Asia.
In this role, Ilman will lead Sweef Capital’s healthcare investment strategy, overseeing sector sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio value creation as the firm continues to scale its presence in one of the region’s most structurally important sectors.
Healthcare demand across Southeast Asia continues to rise as populations grow, urbanise, and gain greater access to insurance coverage. Against this backdrop, Sweef Capital is focused on supporting well-managed healthcare platforms that combine strong clinical leadership with disciplined operational and governance frameworks.
Ilman has played a central role in shaping Sweef Capital’s healthcare portfolio to date, contributing to key investments including USM Healthcare, a medical devices platform in Vietnam, and most recently Avisena Healthcare Group, a four-hospital network expanding access to secondary healthcare services in West Java, Indonesia.
Through these investments, Sweef Capital is supporting the development of scalable healthcare businesses across Southeast Asia — spanning both healthcare delivery platforms and healthcare technology and devices — aimed at improving access to quality care while meeting growing regional demand.
Building Sector Depth
Ilman brings deep experience in healthcare investment and operational analysis across Southeast Asia. Since joining Sweef Capital, he has helped develop the firm’s healthcare investment strategy and has worked closely with management teams to strengthen governance, operational performance, and growth planning across portfolio companies.
In his expanded role, Ilman will focus on identifying high-quality healthcare platforms across Southeast Asia, particularly in markets where demographic trends, insurance expansion, and infrastructure gaps are driving sustained demand for secondary and specialty care services. Ilman’s promotion aligns with Sweef’s growing healthcare focus, as underscored by the earlier addition of Anabela Correia, an expert in healthcare commercialisation and venture building, to our team as Director for our Australia-based operations.
Commenting on the promotion, Jennifer Buckley, Managing Director of Sweef Capital, said: “Healthcare remains one of the most compelling long-term investment opportunities across Southeast Asia, where rising demand for quality care is driving the need for well-governed, scalable healthcare platforms. Ilman has demonstrated exceptional capability in identifying strong healthcare businesses and working alongside management teams to build resilient, scalable organisations. His promotion reflects both his leadership within the firm and the importance of healthcare as a core investment sector for Sweef Capital.”
Ilman Dzikri added: “Southeast Asia’s healthcare systems are evolving rapidly as demand for quality care continues to grow. Sweef Capital is focused on partnering with founders and operators who are building strong healthcare platforms grounded in clinical excellence and operational discipline. I’m excited to continue working with our portfolio companies and partners to expand access to high-quality healthcare across the region.”
Strengthening Healthcare Expertise Through SCAN
Ilman will also work closely with Sweef Capital’s Sweef Capital Advisory Network (SCAN), which brings together experienced global healthcare leaders who provide strategic insight and sector expertise to the firm’s investment activities.
Among these advisors are Putty Kartika, a healthcare leader with deep experience across clinical governance, hospital operations, and healthcare system management in Indonesia and Matthew Collingridge, a senior healthcare executive with extensive international experience in healthcare services leadership and operational transformation across hospital systems and healthcare organisations.
Through SCAN, Sweef Capital benefits from the guidance of seasoned healthcare professionals who contribute strategic perspective and sector insights to the firm’s investment approach, supporting Ilman and the investment team as they evaluate opportunities and strengthen operational performance across portfolio companies.
Expanding Healthcare Investment Across Southeast Asia
Sweef Capital has identified healthcare as a key investment theme within its broader strategy of investing in sectors that combine strong commercial fundamentals with long-term societal impact.
Across Southeast Asia, rising incomes, expanding insurance coverage, and demographic change are increasing demand for well-managed healthcare infrastructure. Sweef Capital believes that locally grounded healthcare platforms — led by experienced clinicians and operators — are well positioned to meet this demand while delivering sustainable growth.
Ilman’s promotion marks an important step in strengthening the firm’s healthcare investment capabilities as Sweef Capital continues to build a portfolio of scalable healthcare businesses across the region.
