Singapore-based impact investment firm Sweef Capital has announced one new member and shifts in roles for its global advisory network supporting the firm’s strategic growth agenda. 

Sweef Capital is pleased to announce the expansion of its Sweef Capital Advisory Network (SCAN) through the appointment of Putty Kartika, a distinguished healthcare leader as a Healthcare Specialist, and the evolution of the role of current SCAN member, Matthew Collingridge, to encompass the growing opportunities for healthcare innovation in our region. 

Putty Kartika brings over 30 years of leadership in healthcare and sustainable development, having served as Country Director for GE HealthCare and Medtronic Indonesia. She has led strategy and operations in complex, regulated markets, built high-performing teams, and championed sustainable healthcare solutions across Southeast Asia. Her career spans senior roles in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, where she forged public–private partnerships and advanced innovative care models to expand access and improve health outcomes. With her track record and deep regional insight, she will help strengthen Sweef Capital’s capacity to deliver impactful, inclusive healthcare outcomes in line with SCAN’s mission and growth objectives. 

Matthew Collingridge’s role is evolving to Healthcare Innovation Specialist, reflecting the growing opportunities at the intersection of healthcare and transformative technologies. In this capacity under the SCAN, he brings over 22 years of experience from startups to corporate leadership, with a strong focus on digital healthcare innovation. At GE HealthCare, he led the Digital & Solutions Innovation incubator and accelerator, advancing outcomes-based partnerships, virtual health, and connected healthcare ecosystems. His work across Asia-Pacific, ASEAN, and global markets includes collaborating with governments, industry leaders, and SMEs to build integrated, data-driven healthcare models. Leveraging this depth in digital strategy, clinical partnerships, and market innovation, he will help drive Sweef Capital’s vision for sustainable and inclusive healthcare growth in line with SCAN’s impact objectives. 

Together, Putty Kartika’s extensive healthcare leadership and Matthew Collingridge’s expanded focus on innovation significantly enhance Sweef Capital’s expertise, enabling the firm to better support transformative healthcare solutions and sustainable impact across Southeast Asia. The SWEEF fund has already been benefitting from this depth of expertise with Ms. Kartika driving leadership and sales training at SWEEF’s portfolio company in Vietnam, USM Healthcare, a leading local medical device manufacturer.
